A clear picture of your driver’s license
Copies of your last two years FINAL pay stubs so December 31st 2021 + 2022
Copies of your 2021 and 2022 W2’s
Copies of your 2021 and 2022 K1’s
Copies of your 2021 and 2022 1099’s
Copies of your 2021 and 2022 personal tax returns
Copies of your 2021 and 2022 business tax returns
Copies of your 2 most recent pay stubs
Copies of the 2 most recent bank statements for each of your bank accounts
Proof of any others assets (investment accounts, fidelity, robinhood, 401ks)
Copies of all mortgage statements for all properties you own
All leases for properties you own
If you have majority of these documents, upload what you have while we wait for the other documents so i can start working through the application
For documents you don’t have you should be able to reach out to your previous employers HR department to get them or your Accountant
Why do we need so much documentation?
Because the lender picking up our loan wants to be sure we are qualified. We will likely not submit all of this information, but it’s very important to get it to me so I have the full picture. The clearer the picture i have the easier it is for me to get you a good interest rate and loan approval
